Pirates took the lead as early as the sixth minute when slotted from inside the area after receiving a pass from Tlou Segolela.
Leopards struggled with the pace of the Buccaneers and could not muster a clear chance on goal during the first half.
The score remained 1-0 at the break.
The visitors doubled their lead in the 59th minute when Walaza headed home a cross by Innocent Mdledle.
However, the Pirates’ second goal caused Leopards to step up a gear and the hosts equalized in the 67th minute when Ramulondi beat the offside trap to slot.
Lidoda Duvha drew level five minutes later through a Kondowe strike following some slack defending by the Buccaneers.
But Pirates finished the match strong and netted the winner in the 80th minute when Chenene latched onto a Teko Modise pass to score from close range.
