With the Africa Cup of Nations group stage now concluded, here are all the nations that qualified for the Round of 16 and the tournament's top goalscorers so far!

Two teams tipped by many pundits to be favourites for the prestigious African competition, Ghana and Algeria, have suffered early exits, while some lower-ranked nations have progressed beyond the first hurdle.

Nigeria ended the group stage as the only team to win all their matches after overcoming Egypt, Sudan and Guinea-Bissau, while Ivory Coast secured a 3-1 win over defending champions Algeria in their final group stage game to book a match against the Pharaohs in the round of 16.

Carlos Queiroz's Egyptians qualified after winning their last two group D matches following a stuttering start against Nigeria in their opening fixture.

In Group A, Cameroon and Burkina Faso advanced with seven and four points, respectively, while third-placed Cape Verde did enough to progress to the last 16.
