Swiss tactician Marcel Koller will replace Ricardo Soares as head coach of Egyptian Premier League giants Al Ahly.

Soares replaced South African tactician Pitso Mosimane in June, but only lasted two months in the job after the team finished third in the Egyptian Premier League season.

The Portuguese coach was relieved of his duties last week and Al Ahly have wasted no time in finding a replacement, with Koller set to take over.
