While Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe remains the subject of a potential blockbuster move to Real Madrid, Barcelona star Gerard Pique has now commented on the forward's future.
Several big-name signings have been announced and confirmed in this window, including Cristiano Ronaldo's agreement to join Manchester United from Juventus and Lionel Messi's switch to PSG.
However, with just one day remaining before the transfer deadline arrives, Barca stalwart Pique has refused to rule out the possibility of yet another sensational move, in the form of Mbappe joining Los Blancos.

"Strategically, Tito Floren [Real Madrid president Florentino Perez] has always been like this..." Pique, whose company Kosmos bought the TV rights to Ligue 1 in Spain, told streamer Ibai Llanos on Twitch ahead of Reims' game against Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday, according to Marca.
"And he showed it at the time, the move he made with [Luis] Figo hurt my soul, you can't even imagine it. You can expect everything from Floren.
"I feel that if Mbappe leaves this year, [PSG president] Nasser [Al-Khelaifi] is not going to let him go if he doesn't have another one [player] there to present.
"Regardless of whether he stays or leaves, we are more than fine, [as] our friend Nasser will be there guaranteeing that there are stars in the French league."
Mbappe was the match-winner for PSG on Sunday as he scored both goals in his side's 2-0 win over Reims, a game in which Lionel Messi also made his debut for Les Parisiens.
