Various reports have suggested that Neymar is frustrated by recent comments made by PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, during which the club chief refused to confirm whether or not the No. 10 would be at the club next season.
"A possible departure of Neymar this summer? What I can tell you is that we expect all players to do a lot more than last season. A lot more!" Al Khelaifi told Le Parisien.
"They all have to be 100%. Obviously, we weren't good enough to go far. For next season, the objective is clear: to work every day at 200%. To give everything we have for this jersey, give the maximum and we will see the result.
"You have to become humble again. You have to change to avoid injuries, suspensions, and fouls that change a game."
According to RMC Sport, the Parisians have since informed Neymar he is free to leave ahead of next season, despite the player having five years remaining on his contract.
Chelsea and Brazil defender Thiago Silva has now commented on his compatriot Neymar's situation at Paris Saint-Germain, and called on his international teammate to make the move to the Blues.
"He has to come to Chelsea," the Selecao captain said during an event in Recife, Brazil, according to Jornal do Commercio.
"If it happens, it will be for the best. He doesn't need to comment.
"As of now I don't know anything, but I hope it will happen."
