A recently released Manchester United star has officially sealed a reunion with Jose Mourinho in Italy.
Serbian midfelder Nemanja Matic has completed a move to AS Roma on a one-year deal, which will see him work with the Portuguese coach for the third time across three clubs in his career, having played under the tactician at both Chelsea and United.
The veteran, who departed Old Trafford as a free agent this month, will wear the No. 21 shirt for the Giallorossi.

"I am pleased and honoured to be joining this club and I cannot wait to start the new season with my teammates," Matic said, according to Roma's official website.
"Roma is a big club, with amazing fans and a coach, Jose Mourinho, who is well known to everyone – making the decision to come here very straightforward.
"I hope that by working together we are able to achieve some great things."
Tiago Pinto, the club's general manager, said: "Nemanja brings with him to Roma not just a lot of quality on the pitch, but the vast experience he has gained from so many seasons in the Premier League and a focus and mentality that has consistently set him apart throughout his career.
"The enthusiasm he showed at the prospect of joining our project was hugely encouraging and I am sure that will serve as a starting point for a very productive journey for all of us."
Matic is the first of the Red Devils' recent exits, including Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, and Juan Mata, to have secured a new team.
