Another London team who also parted ways with a first-team star in recent days is Arsenal, who confirmed that Pablo Mari has completed a loan move to newly-promoted Serie A outfit Monza for the upcoming campaign after the 28-year-old defender failed to earn a regular starting XI spot at the Emirates Stadium.

West Ham United and Fulham also reached an agreement for the transfer of Issa Diop. The French defender reportedly cost the Cottagers £15 million (R295 million) with only a year left on his deal at the London Stadium.
