Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi's The Best FIFA Men's Player 2021 votes have been revealed, showing that neither of the superstars voted for each other. 

The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony took place in Zurich, Switzerland, on Monday night, and although he was not in contention for one of the main accolades, Ronaldo was presented with the FIFA Special Award for surpassing Iran legend Ali Daei's record in becoming the leading international goalscorer of all time.

Messi, meanwhile, was beaten to the prized men's award by Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, who clinched The Best FIFA Men's Player accolade for the second time in a row. 

It has now been made public who Ronaldo and Messi voted for, with the Argentine selecting two of his Paris Saint-Germain teammates among his top three, per ESPN.

The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner voted for Neymar in first place, Kylian Mbappe in second, and Real Madrid's Karim Benzema for his third spot. 

Ronaldo, on the other hand, voted for eventual winner Lewandowski in first position, and placed the Chelsea duo of N'Golo Kante and Jorginho in second and third spot, respectively.

While they did not win the main prize on the night, both Messi and Ronaldo were included in the 2021 FIFA FIFPRO World 11.
