With Mohamed Salah finally putting pen-to-paper on a new long-term deal with Liverpool, here is an updated look on the club's highest earners heading into the new season.

The Egyptian forward finally committed his future to the Premier League giants after signing a new three-year contract.

A number of reports claim that Salah is said to be earning in the excess of £350,000 a week, which makes him the club's highest earner heading into the new season.

Mail Sport, meanwhile, have reported that Salah is now earning £400,000-a-week, making him the highest-paid player in the Premier League while only Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi and Neymar only earn more.

Salah has now passed Virgil van Dijk on the list, with Spotrac reporting that the Dutchman earns £220,000 after the new deal he signed in 2021.

Spanish midfielder Thiago Alcantara rounds out the top three, while new signing Darwin Nunez is said to taking home €160 000 following his big-money move from Benfica.
