Two Manchester United stars have reportedly told their teammates they are planning to leave the club in the upcoming transfer window.
Recent reports have suggested that incoming manager Erik ten Hag is interested in signing a centre-back to bolster the Red Devils' leaky defence, which has conceded 52 goals in 36 Premier League games as things stand.

Some of the names that have been mentioned as potential targets included Villarreal's Pau Torres and Ajax Amsterdam starlet Jurrien Timber.
However, the Manchester club already has five options for that department in Raphael Varane, Harry Maguire, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof.
According to Manchester Evening News, though, Bailly and Jones have signalled their intention to leave in the next window amid the club's plans to sign another defender, and have told their playing colleagues of their desire to depart the Theatre of Dreams.

Bailly has started just five games all season, and is understood to be aggrieved at the limited opportunities he has had under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick. The Ivorian has also reportedly openly questioned why underperforming teammates such as Maguire continue to start ahead of him.
Jones, meanwhile, has made only two starts in two years for the Red Devils despite being fit for the majority of the 2021/22 campaign, although he has been selected for 26 matchday squads, having seemingly jumped ahead of Bailly in the club's defensive pecking order.
Other players who have made it clear they will be leaving United at the end of the season are Nemanja Matic, Juan Mata, Edinson Cavani and Jesse Lingard.
