After signing for Manchester City, Jack Grealish has reportedly become one of the highest earners at the Etihad, but will he earn more than the likes of Kevin De Bruyne?

On Thursday night, Pep Guardiola's side confirmed their latest signing, Grealish, for a reported fee of £100 million (R2 billion), making the 25-year-old the most expensive British player ever, displacing Gareth Bale.

The dazzling midfielder joins the Citizens from Aston Villa having made 213 appearances for the West Midlands club over the past eight seasons, scoring 32 goals and assisting a further 43 strikes.

With his move to Manchester now official, the former Villa captain is set to earn a hefty salary of £300 000 (R6 million) a week at City, according to GiveMeSport.

De Bruyne is understood to earn more than Grealish will, though, after he reportedly received a massive pay rise in his latest contract extension, with his wages now said to be a massive £385 000 (R7.8 million) weekly.

Raheem Sterling, another of club's highest earners, is also said to be on £300 000 weekly following his contract renewal in 2018.

Portugal centre-back Ruben Dias, meanwhile, is said to earn a modest £115 385 (R2.3 million) a week, despite the defender being signed for a fee of £65 million (R1.3 billion).
