Mourinho has been out of a job since he was sacked by the Red Devils in December last year following a 3-1 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League.
The Portuguese-born tactician says he feels rejuvenated after spending some of his time as a pundit in France
“It does not matter where I’m going, to a place where I can still win, it’s been two and a half months since I’ve been without training and I’m already preparing for the next challenge,” the three-time Premier League winner told beIN Sports, as per Mirror.co.uk.
“I’m not on vacation or bored, or as if I did not have anything [to do]. I’m preparing myself.
“When you work in football daily with six press conference a week, three games, video sessions, match analysis, everyday problems - We do not have time to take care of ourselves. These months [I have had time] to do it and wil come back even better prepared.”
Mourinho was linked with a return to Real Madrid as manager for his second spell following the sacking of Santiago Solari last week, but Los Blancos opted for the return of Zinedine Zidane instead.
