After Mohamed Salah drew level with Didier Drogba's longstanding Premier League record on the weekend, his massive wage demands have seemingly been revealed, and could make the Egyptian one of the EPL's highest-paid players.
The 29-year-old has started the 2021/22 season in fine form with 10 goals and four assists in 10 matches across all competitions, and his latest effort, against Watford on Saturday, saw him draw level with Ivory Coast legend Drogba as the highest-scoring African player in EPL history with 104 strikes.
With Salah understood to be in talks with the Reds regarding a new contract, his agent Ramy Abbas Issa is believed to have flown into England on Saturday as negotiations over a massive new deal continue.

The two parties were reportedly well apart in initial talks, and Liverpool do not have a lot of time left with the forward's current deal set to expire in about 20 months' time.
The Daily Mirror has now reported the Salah’s agent is in town an attempt to seal a huge deal worth £500 000 (R10 million) a week for his client, wages that would make Salah the biggest earner at Anfield by a long way.
It remains unknown if Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group are willing to pay any of their players such a huge salary, but manager Jurgen Klopp is certainly not ready to lose the Pharaohs forward, with the German coach being full of praise for Salah after his performance at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
“The performance was massive, absolutely outstanding, the whole team’s performance… but Salah was absolutely exceptional,” he said after the match, per the Mirror.
“I think that it’s clear there is nobody better than him in world football at the moment.”
