Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has reportedly decided on his next club with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.

The Blues find themselves in a tough predicament as the sanctions placed on owner Roman Abramovich has affected the club, who are not allowed to sign players or offer new deals.

However, it seems Thomas Tuchel is set to lose his star defender on a free transfer after Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reported Rudiger has agreed a four-year deal with Serie A giants.

The German defender, however, did admit this week that his agent is taking care of his future while he focuses on the pitch.

"In the case of transfer rumours, it is well known that the media always like to add a little more salt and pepper to make the headline a bit more explosive and bigger,’ he said, as per Metro.

"Accordingly, you will not hear from me until the day of the final decision. We still have a lot to do at Chelsea this season, and my full focus at the moment is on the City game. My agent is currently taking care of everything else."
