Report: Liverpool put five more players up for sale

Premier League giants Liverpool are reportedly still looking to offload five more players ahead of the new season.

The Reds have already offloaded the likes Georginio Wijnaldum, Marko Grujic, Taiwo Awoniyi and Harry Wilson on a permanent basis in recent weeks.

However, ESPN have reported that the club that a further five names have been added to the transfer list but only if the price was might for each for player.

With the Reds still being linked with a number of players, but Jurgen Klopp is aware that the club might need to sell players first in order to bring in new signings.

The report claims that Xherdan Shaqiri, Divock Origi, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Loris Karius are all available but only if the right offer comes in.

With regards to new signings, the Reds have only made one new acquisition following the arrival of Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig in a deal reportedly worth £36millon.
