Following his latest goalscoring performance, Liverpool star Sadio Mane has now overtaken Cristiano Ronaldo in the Premier League's all-time goalscorers' list.
Mane opened his account for the 2020/21 season in style on Sunday when he netted twice in quick succession during the Reds' league clash against Chelsea, having previously also been involved in the dismissal of Blues defender Andreas Christensen just before half time.

The Senegal star opened the scoring in the 54th minute when he headed home a cross from Roberto Firmino, before doubling the reigning champions' lead four minutes later after charging down a clearance from Blues goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

As a result of his double, Mane has now scored 86 goals in 196 Premier League across his spells with the Reds and Southampton, bettering the tally of 84 that Ronaldo managed in exactly the same number of appearances for Manchester United.
The 2019 African Footballer of the Year's performance also saw him become only the third Liverpool player to score a brace at Chelsea's ground, Stamford Bridge, after former England international Steve McManaman and current Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho.
