A former Major League Soccer player believes there was nothing wrong with Zlatan Ibrahimovic 'talking trash' during a recent clash with former Manchester City defender  Nedum Onuoha.

Ibrahimovic and Onuoha clashed on two occasions during LA Galaxy's win over Real Salt Lake this past weekend.

Onuoha was not pleased with the Swede's comments during the game and refused to accept his apology after the game.

However,  Former FC Dallas midfielder Bobby Warshaw felt the former Manchester United striker did not cross any line.

"We can agree that Zlatan didn't do anything wrong by talking trash on the field," Warshaw was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.

"If most fans were to hear what was said on the field they probably wouldn't want their star player to say those things, it's just what happens.

"Did Zlatan go over the line? No, but he probably got a little bit close to it."
