A Liverpool legend has revealed that he is struggling to make sense of Sadio Mane's decision to leave the Reds for Bayern Munich.
On Wednesday, Mane completed his move to the German giants in a three-year deal worth £35 million (R682 million).

The news that he was considering an exit from Anfield came to light just before the club played the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League final against Real Madrid in May.
It was soon revealed that Julian Nagelsmann's Bavarians' were the main suitors for the Senegal international, who was said to be keen on a new challenge after having won every available trophy with the Merseysiders.
With the switch now official, former England and Reds star Michael Owen has since revealed that he does not quite grasp why the 30-year-old would opt to leave the Reds for Bayern.
"I'm still struggling to understand why Sadio Mane would leave Liverpool for Bayern Munich, but he's been an outstanding player, given great service, and will go down as a club legend," Owen wrote on Twitter following confirmation of the attacker's move.
Meanwhile, upon his arrival in Bavaria, the Lions of Teranga talisman explained that it was simply "the right time for this challenge".
