It has been claimed new Paris Saint-Germain boss Christophe Galtier could be in for a shock at how much influence Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have in the dressing room.
With Les Parisiens' new head coach being unveiled earlier this week, he has insisted he is ready for the task ahead after replacing Mauricio Pochettino in the club's hot seat.
Despite winning the Ligue 1 title last season, Pochettino was relieved of his duties following his side's humiliating exit from the UEFA Champions League at the round of 16 stage.
Galtier will now be given the responsibility of leading the French side to their first UCL title, and the manager has stated that he will impose himself on the squad filled with world-class players.
However, former Premier League star Gabriel Agbonlahor believes Galtier does not realise what he is in for, with a number of big egos in the dressing room to deal with.
"To be honest, that's a job that I feel no one wants. Really," the 35-year-old said on talkSPORT's breakfast show.
"The PSG job, the amount of egos that are there, you got Neymar, Mbappe, and Messi.
"It was never going to work. It didn't work with Thomas Tuchel, who, for me, is a better manager than Mauricio Pochettino …. Honestly, I feel for Galtier because he doesn't know what he's gotten himself in for.
"Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe run that club; they run the changing room. They're the managers. Simple as that.
"You can't take one of them off because they're going to throw a strop on the side of the pitch. It's a horrible job.
"Look at Thomas Tuchel. He's left there. He's come to Chelsea, no one's bigger than Thomas Tuchel and he wins the Champions League."
