Tottenham line-up without Harry Kane or Son Heung-min against the highest scoring team in Europe this season in the form of Ajax Amsterdam for a thrilling first-leg UEFA Champions League semi-final.

The visitors have enjoyed a fairytale journey to the last-four with a youthful side overcoming 13-time champions Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus to earn the tie against the English outfit.

Erik ten Hag's side have defied expectation at every turn, qualifying unbeaten from Group E before their knock-out heroics while Spurs have been 'living a dream' according to their manager Mauricio Pochettino.

"You need to set your dreams to infinity and beyond," Pochettino said in the pre-match press conference.

"When you achieve things it's because you dream them. To be in the Champions League semi-final with Tottenham was a dream five years ago - but we're living the dream."

Spurs will need Brazil international Lucas Moura to lead their assault to keep the dream alive tonight with Kane injured and Son suspended for the clash at their new stadium.

Meanwhile the Eredivisie title-chasers boast a clean bill of health.
