The Red Devils will be looking for their second win in the competition on Saturday when they take on Masandawana in Pretoria.
Marcel Koller's side were held to a frustrating 2-2 draw with Downs in their first group encounter, after losing their opening match 1-0 to Sudan's Al-Hilal.
Al Ahly did, however, pick up all three points when they defeated Coton Sport last weekend, and will hoping to carry that momentum into this weekend's meeting.
The Egyptian side has now announced, via a club statement, that both Ahmed Abdelkader and Khaled Abdelfattah have returned to the squad ahead of Saturday’s match, with the two stars having been out for the past three weeks with knee injuries.
Koller's team will be desperate to win on the weekend as they are currently lying third in Group B, three points behind leaders Sundowns.
