Olisa Ndah in LV
Orlando Pirates' Olisa Ndah is forever winning off the pitch with his vibrant approach to streetwear, utilizing an array of luxury brands to pull off his outfits.
The 25-year-old Nigerian defender effortlessly drips in swag-goo, wearing brands such as Fear of God Essentials, Amiri, Nike and of course Louis Vuitton.
His recent 'fit pic saw him styling in loosely-fitted white shirt, stylish bootleg jeans and a pair of Louis Vuitton's Trainer Sneakers.
Ndah's red and white LV Trainer sneakers uses leather with calfskin embossed with the LV monogram pattern.
They were designed by the late Virgil Abloh, and this silhouette continues to grow in popularity following his untimely passing. the kicks were inspired by vintage basketball sneakers and took seven hours to stitch.
The kicks cost around R23 716 and according to Highsnobiety, Ndah's LV Trainer sneakers are a special iteration of the silhouette where Louis Vuitton teamed up with RED, an organisation founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver (American activist) to fight against AIDS.
Ndah's somewhat subdued 'fit allowed the sneakers to be the main feature, for not only the colour, but also its stunning detailing:
The Gucci brand and logo could be regarded as the most recognisable luxury fashion house. Not only does the brand represent opulence and boldness, even the name of the brand "Gucci" is used a slang word for something/someone that's "doing well."
Although clubless, 33-year-old May Mahlangu is most certainly doing "Gucci." He regularly flaunts his Gucci-laden outfits, from caps to belts, t-shirts and sneakers.
The former Bafana Bafana baller has played his football in Turkey, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria and Kazakhstan, so it comes as no surprise that he's developed a taste for high-end brands like Gucci.
His recent look saw him styling in Gucci's Tennis 1977 GG-jacquard slip-on sneakers, priced at R11 647 on Matches Fashion, and the Gucci GG canvas baseball cap, priced at R6 360 on brand's website.
He wore the Gucci pieces with a white t-shirt, faded skinny jeans and sneakily flaunted his Gucci GG Marmont belt, valued at R8 318 on Farfetch.
Mahlangu's style is created around the Italian brand, regularly wearing showy pieces from the iconic fashion house.
