With Erik ten Hag having had half a season to assess his squad and potentially decide which stars to sell, nine Manchester United players reportedly face uncertain futures at the club.

While no significant personnel changes are expected at Old Trafford on deadline day, first-team manager Ten Hag is believed to be analysing what he wants his squad to look like for the 2023/24 season.
The Glazer family's decision to put the club up for sale has made it difficult for the Dutchman to bolster his team for the remainder of the current campaign, though it does appear that he and his coaching staff are ahead of schedule in terms of improving the group.
However, it seems to have become clear in his first sixth months at United that certain players will struggle to force their way into his plans at the 20-time English champions, such as club captain Harry Maguire.
The England centre-back has been linked with a deadline-day move away from the Red Devils but will likely see out the campaign in red. His long-term future, though, has been called into question in recent months, with Ten Hag appearing to prefer other players in his squad in central defence.
Clubs such as Inter Milan and Aston Villa have been credited with an interest in the 29-year-old, who has made just four Premier League starts for the club since Ten Hag was appointed to replace interim boss Ralf Rangnick.
Brandon Williams, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof are also believed to be among those who could be moved on at the end of the season, while 20-year-old winger Anthony Elanga has been strongly linked with Borussia Dortmund in recent weeks.
In terms of some of those returning from loan spells in June, Dean Henderson, Eric Bailly and Alex Telles are all likely to be sold as Ten Hag and his coaching staff prepare to rebuild the squad they inherited.
