Inter Milan squandered the chance to put some daylight between themselves and AC Milan after losing 1-0 to Lazio on Sunday night.
 
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic got the game's only goal after 12 minutes to secure three points for the visitors.
 
The win moves Lazio up to sixth spot, while Inter remain in third spot, two points ahead of AC Milan.

AS Roma's top four ambition took a severe knock after suffering a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Napoli at the Stadio Olimpico.
 
Arkadiusz Milik put the visitors ahead after two minutes before Diego Perrotti restored parity for Roma on the stroke of halftime from the  penalty spot.
 
Dreis Mertens put Napoli back in front eight minutes after the break, before Simone Verdi and Amin Younes rounded off the scoring for the visitors.
 
Sampdoria 1-0 AC Milan
 
AC Milan's hopes maintaining a top four spot took a knock after losing 1-0 to Sampdoria on Saturday evening.
 
Gregoire Defrel netted the game's only goal after just one minute to seal three points for the home side.
 
Milan remain fourth on the table, Sampdoria end the weekend in eighth spot.
