A deal with a PSL club has been confirmed for former Maritzburg United midfielder Phumlani Ntshangase who has been in search of a new deal since leaving KwaZulu-Natal at the end of last season.

Having recently trained with Sekhukhune United, Ntshangase wasn’t offered a contract as the Gauteng-based Limpopo outfit feel they have strengthened the team in every area possible.

The 27-year-old defensive midfielder has since been unveiled at Baroka FC where he will be reuniting with the club’s head coach Vincent Kobola with whom he worked at the Team of Choice.

“Bakgaga Ga Mphahlele is happy to announce the signing of the former Maritzburg United FC player Phumalani Ntshangase. He is a South African soccer player who played as a midfielder for Bidvest Wits and Maritzburg United FC. He will bring experience in our team. Ntshangase worked with our head coach Vincent Kobola at Maritzburg United [Edited],” confirmed Baroka in a statement.
