Where did your love for Kaizer Chiefs come from?
It’s funny because at home they supported Pirates. But, for me, my love for Chiefs came from Doctor Khumalo. I watched him when I was still young, but it was also about his lifestyle. He was always clean, and people used to know him because he was from Soweto. He played for Bafana Bafana and won AFCON in 1996. Another person I really enjoyed watching in Chiefs colours is Shoes Moshoeu. Shoes, Doctor Khumalo and Thabo Mooki. We loved Thabo Mooki because he was from Moletsane in Soweto.
What did you make of the recent Soweto Derby which your club narrowly won?
