A Kaizer Chiefs legend is confident of a victory for Arthur Zwane's side against high flying Mamelodi Sundowns in the much-anticipated match this weekend.
Chiefs, who come from a disappointing 4-0 defeat against AmaZulu in their previous match, are seen as underdogs going into the clash at FNB Stadium on Saturday evening.

Chiefs’ disappointing results have led to the team’s head coach Arthur Zwane becoming under immense pressure at the halfway stage of the campaign, but club legend Lucky Stylianou believes that Amakhosi could surprise many at home.
“Look, without insulting Sundowns, this is probably the second biggest game in the country. The Chiefs v Pirates derby will always be number one. But this is still a massive game, and obviously, Sundowns will start as favourites based on their current form. But there’s one thing I’d really like to say, when it comes to big games, there are no real favourites,” said Stylianou, speaking to the Siya crew.

“Obviously, Chiefs are still trying to find their feet. But I’ve always said that professional footballers can’t keep talking about the future. If you are a professional footballer for a big club, you can’t keep talking about the future, you’ve got to talk about now. As we stand now, Chiefs have to lift their game a bit.
“The concern now is, and I’m saying this because probably 80% of the goals throughout the leagues worldwide have been scored through defensive midfield errors, and that’s also what happened to Chiefs against AmaZulu. As a coach, my advice to the players would be to say they must eliminate the errors. I give Chiefs a chance because they’ve got a little bit of pace and speed always exposes players. Players hate speed,” the legend said.
