Konami announced an extension in their agreement with Arsenal for their eFootball game.
Let's take a look!
Yesterday, Japanese company Konami announced a partnership extension with Arsenal.
This deal will see the North London giants be one of the core clubs eFootball (Formally Pro Evolution Soccer).
Konami will also remain as Arsenal's video game partner.
Along with having the Emirates Stadium and club kits featuring in eFootball, the deal extension will include Konami and eFootball branding on Arsenal's home and away dugout seats at the Emirates.
In a press release from Konami, the company president Naoki Morita is happy with the deal:
"It is very exciting to be announcing an extension to such a successful partnership. Arsenal are a massive club and have been a core part of our partnership roster over the past few years.
"To have secured a long-term future that will include a multitude of commercial, image, and esports rights and activations is fantastic for KONAMI and for the eFootball series."
