An unexpected gaming crossover is on the horizon as PSG's skillful Brazilian and Juventus' mercurial midfielder are set to appear on the latest Call of Duty (COD).
Check it out!
What's the story?
Paul Pogba and Neymar will be characters on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
The latest installment of the gaming franchise that's up there with FIFA, was released last Friday and includes the bonus edition of the aforementioned ballers.
A first look of the duo's characters on COD sees them almost unrecognisable in full military gear.
Neymar & Pogba on COD
Both Neymar and Pogba are big fans of the COD franchise and the sharp shooters could be joined by Lionel Messi in the game at a later stage.
As mentioned by getfootballnewsfrance.com, in 2020, Pogba announced a partnership with the game, saying that he had signed for Verdansk FC, which is a fictional club in within the COD saga.
The news of Pogba and Neymar featuring on COD was leaked a couple of days before the release of the game on Twitter by @ChuBoi, who normally tweets FIFA-related news.
This isn't Neymar's first appearance in a non-football related game. The PSG baller has been featured on the ever-popular gaming franchise Fortnite.
Messi's involvement hasn't been confirmed yet but gamers should expect to see him depicted similarly to the aforementioned duo.
