Hendrick's Gin and tonic
Summer taste poison - Bitter, floral and fizzy
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- 150ml Tonic Water
- 3 Thinly sliced rounds of cucumber
PREPARATION:Fill a highball glass with good cubed ice. Combine all ingredients and give a gentle stir. Garnish with 3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber.
Hendrick’s summer mule
Summer taste poison – Fruity, floral and fizzy
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 10ml Elderflower Cordial
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1 Inch Cucumber
- Topped with Ginger Beer.
PREPARATION:Add cucumber to glass and break with muddler. Add other ingredients and build all together over cracked ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish.
Hendrick's summer punch

INGREDIENTS:
- 500ml Hendrick's Gin
- ?200ml Lemon Juice
- 70ml Elderflower Cordial
- 30ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 1000ml Cloudy Apple Juice
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients together in large punch bowl, plant pot, tea pot, or any other suitable vessel. Add plenty of summer fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cucumber, lemon wheels) and a handful of ice. Serve in tea cups over cubed ice.
Bramble
Summer taste poison – Fruity
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- ?25ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 12.5ml Cream liqueur
PREPARATION:Combine all ingredients in shaker apart from créme de mûre. Shake briskly before straining over crushed ice. Churn, adding more crushed ice if required to make the glass full. Drizzle créme de mûre atop and garnish.
Chelsea Rose

INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- 150ml Cloudy Apple juice
- 5 Fresh Raspberries
- Dash Fresh Lemon
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients into a teapot, stir briskly and leave to brew for a few moments. Pour into an ice filled teacup.

INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml Hendrick's Gin
- 25ml Bitters
- 12.5ml Lemon Juice
- 6 Dashes Absinthe
- Topped with Dry Ginger Ale.
PREPARATION:Lightly shake all ingredients - except ginger ale - before straining into ice filled hi ball glass.
Gin Basil Smash

INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- ?25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- 8 Torn Basil Leaves
PREPARATION:Add basil to base of cocktail shaker and muddle gently. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard over ice then strain over an ice-filled rock glass.
Unusual Negroni
Summer taste poison - Bitter and herbal
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml Hendrick’s Gin
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 15ml Campari
- 15ml Aperol
- Orange Segments and Zest
PREPARATION:Combine ingredients and shake well with ice. Serve up and garnish with an orange twist.
Catnip and cucumber cooler

INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- ?20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Elderflower cordial
- 8-12 Leaves of catnip
- 20ml Cloudy apple juice
- 50ml Fresh cucumber juice
PREPARATION:Combine Gin, lemon, elderflower and catnip in base of tall glass and muddle. Add ice, apple juice and churn. Add more ice, top with soda and granish with a cucumber wedge and catnip sprig.
Raspberry Rose Royale

INGREDIENTS:
- 25ml Hendrick's Gin
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- One Fresh Raspberry
- Top up with champagne.
PREPARATION:Combine raspberry, sugar and gin in cocktail shaker and shake briskly. After just three strong shakes, finely strain into base of flute before layering champagne on top. Mix before drinking.
