Breakthesilence is the hashtag used along with a shocking post surgery picture shared by Cici.
This surfaces just days after the singer/actress allegedly laid charges of assault against boyfriend Arthur Mafokate.
On Thursday Cici accused the King of Kwaito of dragging her on the street with his car after an argument turned ugly. She then sustained injuries as a result and was admitted to Waterfall Hospital in Midrand.
According to reports, when Mafokate was arrested for the incident, he claimed to have also been assaulted by Cici during the heated argument, and said that he was not aware that she was still holding on to the vehicle as he drove off.
Arthur appeared at the Midrand Magistrate court on Friday and was released on bail. Cici, posted the shocking photo of her injuries on Saturday afternoon.
