Actress and businesswoman Sophie Lichaba is taking ownership of her life, despite the setbacks she's faced. She's revived her wedding planning business, which specialised in organising exclusive weddings for the rich and famous.
In a more devious turn of events, she has trended many times on social media for allegedly being 'dead', but she says that was all a part of a plot for her demise.
"They plotted my death, but God's mercy said no," she tells us. "They must standby, because there's a lot that's about to happen. I have a show with Gugu Kathi on Youtube called Healing with Sophie and Gugu, which was shot during lockdown."

The former Generations actress also shared that her battle with diabetes will not get in the way of her success.
"Remember, I grew up in foster homes and an orphanage, so I will succeed no matter what stands in my way and despite the setbacks I've faced," she says.
"I may have experienced diabetes, but I'm a warrior and will not stop. They forgot to bury me, those that declared me dead on social media."
She has revived her wedding planning company with a few female partners and says that they will begin working as soon as Covid-19 restrictions are eased.
"After having researched global trends, I have come up with exciting new concepts and decor ideas. Covid or no Covid, the creative juices are better than before," she says.
"I've set new goals hence the companies I've started, including my wedding company and my logistics and events company."
