TOP radio hosts Hope Mbhele and Asante Chiliza are back on the airwaves after being allegedly silenced for two weeks by Gagasi FM.
The duo hosts The Breakfast Gang Gang on Saturdays and Sundays, and a show called Chill Zone on Sunday afternoons.
When they were silenced, insiders told Daily Sun that the presenters were suspended for allegedly not attending staff meetings because they had other side jobs which kept them busy.
But Gagasi FM told Daily Sun that the duo was silenced because the station was busy implementing new changes.
Gagasi FM spokesman Khulekani Shandu confirmed that the two were back on air presenting their shows that started in April 2023.
"They were not on air because the station was still finalising its internal plans for their shows. Now everything is finalised.
"In their place were other presenters who filled in for them such as Felix Hlophe, Minnie Ntuli, Luyanda and DJ Happygil," he said.

Shandu said the duo is back on the airwaves for good.
"What we did as a station was to clear the outstanding things about their shows. Now everything is finalised.
"We are happy that the other shows started the new season at the beginning of April. We are also happy because the station is keeping up the good momentum and everything is going well.
"Listeners are happy with the shows, and they're responding well on social media," Shandu said.
Gagasi FM started their new season in the beginning of April, and they brought back Hope from Metro FM after the SABC radio station snatched her in 2022.
They also hired top gospel star Khaya Mthethwa, Minnie and actress Linda Mtoba.
