EVEN though he had a stroke, a man and his girlfriend are happy his 4-5 still works.
And not only that, it still does wonders between the sheets.
Tshepo (52) from Westonaria, West Rand, told Daily Sun he suffered a stroke in February 2023 after a tenant hit him with a bottle after an argument.
He said the man who hit him with the bottle is in jail in this cold winter, while he is in a warm wheelchair enjoying tlof tlof.
"To say I'm grateful to still be alive and have my 4-5 work would be an understatement. I'm the happiest I've ever been," he said.
Tshepo said had the nurses and doctors told him that his 4-5 won't work anymore, he would have asked them to give him an injection that'll kill him.

"Our sex life has always been great, but it seems nicer than it used to. I don't want to get you started on how my woman reacts when we do the deed, it's priceless," he said.
He also wants people to know that if God gives you such a chance, you should grab it with both hands.
"This was a second chance for me. People die from strokes and some never recover, but I came back stronger," said Tshepo.
Tshepo also revealed that they sometimes do the deed while he's in his wheelchair.
"People will think it's weird that I'm this happy about my 4-5s survival, but it's justified," he said.
His girlfriend, Dikeledi (49), said she loves him and their love is nicer now.
"I don't want to go too deep into this conversation because I fear women from my kasi will hunt for my man," said the woman.
She said emphasised that their sex life was great before the stroke, but it's now mind-blowing. She further gave thanks to God for saving her man's 4-5.
The couple agreed that the man will heal faster because their sex is more than therapy. They cannot count how many days they enjoy it.
