The case was opened at the Midrand Police Station.
She was arrested for reckless and negligent driving and was released on bail.
Gauteng police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo confirmed the reality star was arrested.
"As per the case number you provided, police can confirm that a 30-year-old woman was arrested and charged with reckless and negligent driving. She appeared in the Midrand Magistrates Court on 29 December 2023, where she was granted bail," he said.
In 2018, the media personality was involved in a car accident which almost claimed her life.
This was after her BMW 4 series hit the sidewalk causing her to hit her head and pass out. Sbahle jammed the accelerator which caused her car to move faster, hitting the robot thereafter, and going straight into a tree after her night out with friends.
