IT'S all systems go for the Hollywoodbets Durban July.
And the Hollywoodbets Greyville Racecourse in Durban is the place to be on Saturday, 5 July.
Over the years, this iconic handicap has drawn the attention of many people across the country and even neighbouring countries.
The event boasts a marquee by official organisers, which includes a performance by Mafikizolo, as well as marquees by other organisations with top celebrities and their own line-up of musicians.
Preparations for the marquees has already begun, and organisers said everything will be good to go on Saturday morning.
Marketing executive, Stephen Marshall told Daily Sun: "There are still a couple of days of daylight to go, but mostly the marquees will be working well.

"As far as hospitality venues go, bars and stages are pretty much going up now. The public area in the golf course is pretty much getting erected. I will say midnight Friday we will be closer, but Saturday morning you can be assured that we will be ready for those first customers to come through the gates."
He said although all eyes will be on the race track, the day is far more than that.
"It is about fashion, entertainment, hospitality, so fashion wise, we've got top 10 young designers who will be on show. We have Durban Fashion Fair stars, but none of them are going to be showing their garments on the fashion stage. We have invited designers as well, those who are professional and well-known, they will be showcasing their garments.
"On the entertainment stage, we've got Lira, Mafikizolo, and Zolani to sing the national anthem this year," he said.
