KWAITO legend Sibusiso "Sbu Malawyer" Ntshangase is celebrating 25 years in the music industry.
The 50-year-old musician, a former member of the legendary kwaito group TKZee Family, said he survived by selling clothes when music was not giving him money.
The Amalawyer and Dlala Mapantsula hitmaker, who went solo when the TKZee Family split in 2006, is celebrating over two decades in music in style.
He released his 11-track album titled Celebrating 25 Years In The Game.
Sbu Malawyer told Daily Sun that during his journey, he encountered financial struggles and thanked God that he accepted the situation as it was.
"Money is everything in life, and every move needs money, especially if you are a man. Music is my life and number one passion. So when it was not working for me, it became difficult because I had to feed the kids and take them to school," he said.
"It taught me to find other ways to survive, and I believe that God was preparing me for better. I'm thankful that I didn't turn to alcohol and drugs because of depression."

The kwaito musician said what saved him was his friend Vusi Tshabalala, who introduced him to a clothing business.
"The clothing business healed my soul and made my life stable while I was able to take my kids to school.
"I fell in love with it because I love clothes. I love style. It became therapy. It was the kind of therapy that was also bringing money to the table. I'm still doing it, and I have many clients in many places," he said.
Sbu Malawyer said he is not competing with anyone with his latest projects and wants to inspire young artists.
"I, Ruth Thiel and Robbie Malinga, had a dream to groom youngsters, but that dream was not fulfilled because we were busy," he said.
