UKHOZI FM presenter Zimdollar Biyela was set to appear in the Eshowe Magistrates Court on Tuesday, 12 December but her case was not on the court roll.
When Zimdollar, who presents the show Dankie 1223 alongside King Sfiso, arrived in court she was told her matter was not enrolled because further investigations still needed to be done.
This after she was summoned to appear in the Eshowe Magistrates Court in November 2023 following a November 2020 matter where police found as AK 47 assault rifle, a 22 rifle and 303 rifle, rounds of ammunition, as well as a suspected stolen vehicle engine whose number was erased.
According to the police, the investigation has thus far revealed that the 22 and 303 rifles were stolen during a burglary at a house in Richmond in 2016.
KZN National Prosecuting Authority spokeswoman Natasha Ramkisson-Kara told Daily Sun that Zimdollar's matter was not enrolled because of further investigations.
"The matter was not enrolled because after consultation it was decided that further investigations were needed to be conducted," she said.

Meanwhile, Zimdollar said what is happening to her is painful because it's tarnishing her name and ruining her work.
"Everyone knows that these cases are not true but there's nothing I can do. I'll wait and see if they will call me again as they said.
"If they summon me again, that will mean that I'm a free woman again," she said.
There is bad blood between Zimdollar and the police after she criticised National Intervention Unit (NIU) live on radio for shooting people. This after they gunned down her friend Nkululeko Mkhize in September 2023 during a gun fight.
Shortly after that, NIU member Warrant Officer Sthembiso Mazibuko was killed in October 2023. During his funeral, Police Minister Bheki Cele blasted Zimdollar, saying she encouraged thugs to kill NIU members.
Zimdollar later apologised.
