WHEN Noluvuyo Sodela, popularly known as Bubbly quit exotic dancing, she wanted to move on to her passion and first love, which is TV.
But she recently discovered that her ancestors don't want her to go back into the adult dancing industry.
The actress and former exotic dancer said she used to make a lot of money while she was a dancer but there was no freedom and rest.
She told Daily Sun that she had tried dancing in a club a couple of times but was injured, and that made her realise that her ancestors don't want her back there.
"I left dancing, and I would say it's an elevation, and even if I climb a pole partying with friends, I always get injured. I've been injured three times. Last year and twice this year within three months. It's a sign my ancestors don't want me in that night adult entertainment," she said.

She said that TV has always been her passion.
"I decided to follow my calling as a storyteller, not an exotic dancer. Sometimes I miss dancing because I used to earn daily and never run out of cash. Living large, I didn't even need to check the price. Yes, I miss that financial freedom I have established for myself," she said.
Bubbly said she was cooking something on TV.
"I'm working on a few TV projects. I can't give many details but when I'm ready for the big surprise, I will. I'm looking forward to going back to acting as well. When I left acting, it was hard to find a breakthrough, but sometimes, we must let our dreams go," she said.
