ACTOR and socialite Tha Simelane wants to have a baby of his own.
The socialite who is the best friend of Durban popular businesswoman and reality TV star, Shauwn "Mam'Mkhize" Mkhize is searching for a woman who will have his baby through surrogacy.
Tha, who has appeared on the SABC1 drama series Uzalo and on Mam'Mkhize's reality show, KwaMam'Mkhize, said he wants to finalise the surrogacy by the end 2023.
"I'm too old now and I want to have a child of my blood who will take over my inheritances because I don't want my inheritances to be taken by other people when I'm no more.

"I have done my research about surrogacy and I'm sure I can do it. I am not willing to have a woman to fall in love with, but I only want someone who will carry a child for me,"
— Tha Simelane said.
Tha, who also known as Unontandakubukwa, said out of all options to have a child he prefers surrogacy because he'll get to have a child of his blood.
"Even my friend Shauwn Mkhize has advised me to have my own child. She told me that I'm too old and I must make my things straight so when I die I will have someone who will take over my inheritances," he said.
He said although surrogacy is scary, he still prefers it because he does not see himself in love with a woman.
"I have asked a doctor to help me with full research and I was surprised that even if you want twins it can happen. I have also told my mother and she agreed," he said.
